Alumni Update Message:
What were the best nicknames you called your brothers and how did they come about?
There were a LOT of perfect nicknames, and the origins of some are known only to that pledge class. If I had to pick one, it’d be “Beef”: Thomas Darlington ’87.
When’s the last time you saw a Psi Chapter brother in person? Who were you with, where were you, and what was the occasion? Do you have a photo from that day?
As I live in State College, I visit the house occasionally. The last time I saw anyone from my era was Homecoming 2019.
What do you remember about the top social event the year you graduated? Do you remember your date? Did you happen to marry them?
TOGA! My date was a classmate named Linda. Nothing happened. Sigh.
What was Phi Kap known for during your time at Penn State?
Skull was the #1 house on campus in the mid-late 80s. We were known for the best parties and having a great brotherhood. The sororities LOVED us.
